Rebuilding the Pantry -
For human health not just shelf life
Most packaged food is engineered for shelf life and profit margins.
Long ingredient lists, unnecessary additives.
We're rebuilding that, ingredient by ingredient - from the soil up. And we are doing it in phases.
A love letter
to real food.
Araya began with a memory: summers in Kerala, watching my mother bring home spices, flours, and coconut oil from farms we knew by name.
Years later, after seeing how ultra processed our food system has become - how "natural flavouring" has nothing natural in it, how my favorite oat milk was just a blend of oil and the tiniest quantity of oats held together by gums and chemical stabilisers, and how a simple tortilla wrap had so many ingredients I couldn't pronounce. That memory became a mission. To rebuild trust in the food we eat. Openly. In phases. With you involved the whole way.
From the forest to your kitchen.
Our first collection of single-origin spices from the Kandyan Forest Gardens. No additives, anti-caking agents or irradiation.
The sourcing difference is everything.
Before we prove our model at scale, we're proving our sourcing standard first. Every spice we sell is a demonstration of what food can be when you go back to the source.
Lab Tested
We test every batch and product for heavy metals, additives and aflatoxins.
No Pesticides, Additives or Dyed Colours
Most spices in grocery stores are dyed, mixed with fillers and additives, and often contain lead residue. We make sure that nothing harmful ever gets into your food.
Single Origin, Always

The Whole Harvest Approach
Regenerative farms grow in interconnected ecosystems. Cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and more - all growing together. We value every crop farmers grow to help them earn more and care for the land.
Regenerative Agriculture
Our farmer partners use cover crops, crop rotation, and natural composting to rebuild soil. The result is food with more nutrients, more flavour, and no chemical residue.
Kandyan Forest Gardens
The Kandyan Forest Garden system is one of the world's oldest forms of agroforestry - a multi-layered canopy where spice trees grow alongside timber, fruit, and medicinal plants in a self-sustaining ecosystem. This is where our cinnamon, clove, nutmeg, mace, and ginger come from. Not a monoculture farm. A living forest.
Developing clean versions of our favourite grocery staples — built with you.
See what's
actually inside.
Pick a product category below. We'll show you the ingredients in most store brands - and then you can tell us if you want us to build the cleaner version.
PS: Not all ingredients you do not recognise are harmful.
We're not launching another "clean" brand.
We're rebuilding from the soil - openly, in phases, with you involved the whole way. Here's what that looks like.
Fix the source.

Help us decide what to build next.
Phase 2 is built entirely on what the community tells us. You see what's broken, we fix it together.
Fill in the Quick FormPlant milk with canola oil and 2% almonds? Tortilla wraps with stabilisers and bleached flour? Tell us what you've given up buying.
